Optimizing Performance

If the app is not responding on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch you can close programs that are running in the background by following the steps below:

Quickly Press the Home button twice. You’ll see apps that you have open previewed.

Swipe up on the apps you want to close.

Swipe left or right to see all apps that are open and using resources. Close Apps that are not in use at this time.

We recommend closing all apps except the CEEK app for optimal experience.
